ALS Association Indiana Chapter

As with its affiliates across the country, ALS Association Indiana Chapter’s mission is to lead the fight to treat and cure ALS through research and advocacy.

But the Indiana chapter is also a critical asset to families across the state.  The chapter serves and empowers Hoosier families coping with ALS in all of Indiana’s 92 counties.

The chapter includes care management coordinators who work with each family providing continual help and communication.  Some of the services include free in-home medical equipment, nutrition programs and free grocery delivery, and spirit lifting events like art workshops.

One of the association’s largest fundraisers is the Walk to Defeat ALS which has raised more than $248 million nationwide since 2000.  ALS Association Indiana Chapter has walks planned in Indianapolis, Evansville and Fort Wayne.   Learn more about how to join the cause here.
